In our STAMPED metal pins, there are raised parts and recessed parts. The recessed parts are usually filled with soft enamel or new enamel colors and the raised parts are polished and plated. Nevertheless, a lot of the items are done without colors (for pars or whole) to have the comparison of SHINE & MATT.

Material : Iron/ Copper/Sterling Silver
Enamel  : Soft Enamel /New Enamel/Color resin

Iron stamped with soft enamel is the cheapest option amongst ‘Stamping’ processes. Although this attractive finish has limitations, this process is an ideal method for those designs that require a thinner surrounding metal rim and have a lower budget. It is perfect for larger quantity promotional projects.

Copper Stampedwith Soft Enamel, this process is another substitute for new enamel and probably the most commonly used. It differs in the color technique, the colors are not completely filled in the recessed areas and the metal borders are much more visible. This process is also frequently used for items with no coloring and with 3D relief.

Copper Stamped with New Enamel (Imitation Hard Enamel, Imitation cloisonné), New Enamel pins are accepted to replace the cloisonné pins because of similarity to hard-fired enamel look, lower cost, faster delivery time and a wider variety of color choices than Cloisonné. PMS matching is available.
